Francesca Couture is a luxury fashion brand based in the heart of Liverpool. Founded by Francesca Kearns in 2010, the brand has become a go-to destination for fashion-forward women looking for unique and stylish pieces.
CHALLENGE
In 2023, Francesca Couture approached Propel PR with the aim of increasing brand awareness and driving sales around Aintree Races. Francesca was looking for a PR agency that could help to create a buzz around the brand and showcase their latest collection to the right audience.
STRATEGY
Working closely with Francesca Couture, Propel PR developed a strategic plan that focused on influencer engagement and event management. The team identified key influencers in the fashion industry for the guest list, as well as out-of-the-box event ideas to ensure Francesca’s Ladies Day event named A Celebration of Style cut through the noise and got everyone talking.
THE EVENT
To launch the new collection, Propel PR organised a VIP event at Neighbourhood in Liverpool. The event was attended by key fashion influencers who were gifted an outfit of their choice from the new collection to wear to the event. Propel PR also managed the decor, entertainment, food and drink offering, branded finer details including personalised menus, cocktail toppers, sweet treats and photo backdrops, as well as exciting goody bags filled with items from the North West’s biggest brands.
RESULTS
The event was a huge success generating an extensive social media buzz with thousands tuning in to see how the event was unfolding throughout the day, as well as maintaining the excitement around the new collection for weeks after.
