Amici
Amici, Liverpool’s new neighbourhood Italian, enlisted Propel PR to help with the relaunch and rebrand of the venue on Aigburth Road. Previously renowned as another Italian restaurant, the new owners set about rebranding, renaming and relaunching the venue.
Propel PR devised a launch strategy that focused on three phases; prelaunch where we’d communicate key moments including revealing the new name and owners behind the venue and building momentum until the launch. The launch itself with an exciting event where we invited local businesses, influencers, media and food and drink bloggers to experience Amici, its interior, food and drink first-hand as well as showcasing the refurbished space to the press and finally, post-launch. Our post-launch focus incorporated food and lifestyle influencers where they dined at their own leisure to experience Amici’s evening, lunch and Sunday Roast menus.
We also invited Liverpool Echo and magazine YM Liverpool to review Amici, both of which were fantastic and continued the excitement around Amici, building on its popularity and brand reputation even further.
Propel PR is also responsible for managing Amici’s social media strategy for Instagram.
