Delhi House Cafe is a popular name in Manchester, and after enjoying success since opening in 2020, the team were expanding to Liverpool.

Delhi House asked Propel PR to help them launch their new restaurant on Liverpool’s Royal Albert Dock, with a full strategy to engage with the local community, get everyone talking and invite guests to see the space and enjoy their menu first-hand.

Propel PR created a tailored strategy filled with prelaunch and launch press, as well as an opening celebration and post-launch influencer engagement and media reviews.

13 pieces of coverage was secured across Liverpool’s biggest news outlets including Liverpool Echo, The Guide Liverpool, Explore Liverpool, YM Liverpool, Liverpool Business News, Liverpool Confidential, Insider Media and Liverpool World as well as national titles including Restaurant Online and Hospitality & Catering News.

The opening evening itself was a huge success with three full sittings across the entire restaurant. Guests dined on different set menus to ensure that everyone tried a variety of dishes and the kitchen served different starters and mains from across the classic A La Carte menu.

To maintain momentum post-launch, we showcased the restaurant’s first Christmas menu in Liverpool, inviting key food bloggers and lifestyle influencers to try the menu,
